What Is Stella City? A Visit to the Japanese RP Server That Opened on July 24, 2026

Stella City is a Japanese-language FiveM roleplay server that opened on July 24, 2026. It states a policy of accepting both civilian roles and gang roles. GTA6 FEED reported on it and records the facts we were able to observe. Below, we separate the confirmed information we verified from the items we could not confirm.

Basic Information

• How to join: you enter through the official Discord
• Concurrent players: 81 (observed at midnight on July 27, 2026). The observation fell on a weekday late at night
• Server restarts: four times a day, at 02:00, 08:00, 14:00, and 19:00

Players are shown a rules screen when they enter the city. The rules state that everyone should act on the premise that all participants are in RP, that behavior judged not to fit Stella City's setting can be subject to punishment, that using a body camera (OBS, instant replay, Medal, and the like) is recommended to avoid trouble, and that compensation requests should be filed as a ticket with a clip attached.

Atmosphere of the City

The scenery is finely detailed and the cityscape is beautiful, and the view of the sunset was striking too. There were many players in the city, and the frequency of running into other players in the urban area was high.

The map's landmark list has 110 entries registered.

Economy and Jobs

At the city hall job center, we confirmed the following seven:

• Taxi
• News reporter
• Hot dog stand
• Garbage collection
• Tow truck
• Trucking (delivery)
• Bus driver

Besides these, there are labor-type jobs such as painting, window cleaning, gardening, lumberjacking, street cleaning, fishing, barn cleaning, vending machines, farming, telecom technician, electrician, hunting, and stone mining. Of these, the vending machine job used a system where you choose between solo and multiplayer at the start, but during our visit we could not work out the controls and did not get as far as starting it.

We confirmed three restaurants, four stress-recovery shops, and a tobacco shop. Besides these, there is a hot spring and a supermarket. We confirmed one mechanic.

Vehicle dealerships exist separately for standard cars, luxury cars, aircraft, and boats.

First Spawn and the Opening Moves

The initial spawn point is Los Santos International Airport. There is an arrivals-lobby presentation, and you first enter your family name, given name, gender, date of birth, height, and nationality on the new character registration screen. The name can be changed later with a command.

Next you move on to character creation. Once you finish it, the flow is to talk to an NPC near the airport and rent a car. Rentals are handled at PREMIUM AUTO MARKET, where you choose from the car, motorcycle, and bicycle categories. The car lineup and prices at the time of our visit were: Glendale 2 and Asbo at $100 each, Asea at $120, Hardy at $180, Sultan RS at $250, and Blista at $900. The purchase screen has a tax line separate from the vehicle fee, which is added to the total.

Public Safety Structure

We confirmed that police and EMS are active.

As for criminal activity, taking on or starting any crime — including vehicle theft — is prohibited during the 30 minutes before a restart and the 15 minutes after one. Because restarts are set for four times a day, this prohibited window occurs around each of them.

Crime and Gangs

We confirmed that gangs exist, but the details are unconfirmed. According to publicly available information, gang size runs from a minimum of 5 to a maximum of 15 members, and an organization consists of a boss, an underboss, and members.

Heist content is classified by scale. Within what we could confirm, the large category includes Pacific (bank), Bobcat, the cruise ship, Paleto, and paintings; the medium category includes luxury car theft, the train, weapons robbery, and the purge heist; the semi-medium category includes cash transport, jewelry, and Fleeca; and the small category includes convenience store robbery, ATMs, and house robbery.

Crafting and Economic Foundations

There is a recycling center at address 9241. As for how weapon crafting works, car parts manufacturing and material supply to mechanics, and how the buyback system actually operates, we did not confirm these at the time of our visit.

Trying the Trucking Job

Among the labor-type jobs, we tried delivery by truck. This delivery job is an original one prepared by Stella City itself.

To take on a job, you first need to buy a delivery truck. At the time of our visit we could not take on a job because we did not have enough cash on hand, so we withdrew cash at a bank first and then bought one. Also, you cannot take on a job while holding an occupational role such as police; switching to the civilian role made it possible.

The job's procedure is written up in a tutorial on Discord. You start by talking to an NPC at the pickup point and head to the delivery destination as directed. At the destination, pressing the E key near the yellow triangular arrow completes the delivery. Once the delivery is complete, you return to the pickup point and finish the shift.

During our visit, a server restart happened in the middle of a delivery. When we returned to the game after the restart, the truck we had bought was gone, and we ended up walking back to the city. It is worth keeping in mind that for work that spans a restart, in-progress state may not be preserved.

Character Creation and Beginner Guidance

Character creation uses RCORE. After setting family name, given name, gender, date of birth, height, and nationality at registration, you adjust facial heritage, hairstyle, skin blemishes, facial hair, eyebrows, age, makeup, blush, skin texture, sun damage, lips, moles and freckles, and more. Upper-body and lower-body outfits can be set on the same screen.

Beginner guidance is applied for through a dedicated channel on Discord.

Other

There is a casino, and we could confirm areas for slots, inside track, and table games. Roulette was not implemented at the time of our visit.
